Businesses! are your employees and customers not getting your emails or they go to their spam/junk folder? There is a solution.
Does your business have issues where your outgoing emails are going to customers or employees Junk or spam folders instead of their Inbox?
The issue can happen whether you own your own domain or use a free Outlook, Gmail or Yahoo account.
Unfortunately you have no control and cannot fix the issue unless you own and control your own custom domain name (mybusiness.com.au)
How to check if your e-mail setup has an issue?
It is simply a matter of sending an email to ping@tools.mxtoolbox.com and you will receive an email from diagnostic tool, MX Toolbox, with the status of your current email health, such as this:

Click on “View your full deliverability report” to see the full details
Your own custom domain name is controlled by your custom domains DNS records and they need to be configured correctly for DMARC, DKIM, SPF
Fixing the issue can be done yourself (there are plenty of articles and videos on the subject)

It is quite straightforward if your custom domain email is setup using Microsoft 365 Exchange or Google Workspace.
However, if your custom domain is setup by your domain supplier (Godaddy, Crazy Domains etc) then you will need to contact that supplier to find out details of how to make their email compliant. There will probably be a charge to set it up.
