Depending on a clients individual circumstances we either offer heavily discounted labour rates for Seniors and Pensioners and in many cases we do the work pro-bono. Parts and equipment supplied is always chargeable.
Free Quotes, Advice and Advocacy
Quotations and advice by telephone or email are always FREE. If we need to come to site to complete a quote, there may be travel time chargeable. We also offer a FREE advocacy service and will go in and bat for you if you are having difficulty or a dispute with an ISP (Internet Service Provider) such as Telstra, Optus, iiNet/Westnet, NBN Co, Starlink etc. or a supplier.
