We offer a free installation service for Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365 and Office 2024) at the same price as offered by Microsoft. With the following conditions.
- Microsoft Office 2024 or Microsoft 365 must be purchased through iTechWA. If purchased elsewhere an installation fee of 1 hour minimum must be purchased through this link
- Full installation assistance is offered up to a maximum of 20 minutes total duration. By phone, email and remote assistance
- The 20 minute estimate assumes you have a fully updated and currently supported Operating System (Windows 11, 10 or the 3 most recent versions of macOS)
- For remote assistance, users need to pre-install our remote management software “TeamViewer”. Details can be found here
- After 20 minutes our standard hourly rates apply (A$35 per 15 minute block) click here to pay for additional 15 minute block
